This website provides a general inquiry channel. It is not a confidential file-transfer portal or an end-to-end encrypted messenger.
What the form collects
Your name, email address, optional organisation, chosen service and project message. Editing inquiries can also include a document type and word count. Please provide only what is needed to discuss a potential engagement.
Where the inquiry goes
The form is sent over HTTPS to our Cloudflare-hosted endpoint. Cloudflare Turnstile checks for automated submissions, and a network-based attempt limit helps control bursts. Passing these checks does not establish identity, email ownership or trustworthy intent. After validation, the inquiry is relayed through Formspree for email delivery to Diaveritas. Those providers process the information; HTTPS does not mean that only the sender and recipient can read it.
Cloudflare processes technical connection and anti-abuse information, including network information used by Turnstile. Our application does not intentionally write your message, email address, challenge token or attachments to its logs. The form has no attachment upload.
What to leave out
Do not submit passwords, API keys, identity documents, medical records, payment-card details, unpublished research, customer datasets or NDA-covered material. Use a short, non-confidential description instead.
How we continue
We use the information to respond to your inquiry and discuss the requested work. Submitting this form does not subscribe you to marketing. Before any sensitive work, agree the scope, confidentiality terms, authorised recipients and an appropriate access-controlled channel. No particular file-sharing system is provisioned by this website.
If you found us through a marketplace, use that platform’s messaging, contract and payment tools as required by its terms. Confirm unexpected account or payment changes through an already established channel.
Questions and deletion requests
You can contact info@diaveritas.com about an inquiry or request deletion. Any retention or removal requirements across the relay and email systems need to be confirmed for the specific request; this page does not promise immediate or automatic deletion.
